On the 3rd of February Edward Mellor brought to market a 3-bedroom semi-detached property located on Kingsway in Bredbury, Stockport.

Hitting the market at £155,000 and an expected rental return in the region of £800 per calendar month, this could really stack up as a decent buy-to-let property.

Taking a look at the internal photographs it does look like the house could benefit from some internal updating, but with off-road parking, a semi-recently fitted central heating system and decent garden space it would make a great rental.

We recently let a similar sized property on Woodbank Avenue which was far more dated internally, but had multiple tenants interested at £725, so we know there is a market for this type of house in this area.
