It looks internally to have been finished to an excellent standard, so there should be very little work required to be able to market for rental purposes.
It would be important to check the third bedroom has been finished to regulations, as this will significantly affect the rental price, which we would expect to be £825 per month, creating a decent 5.5% yield.
As a two-bedroom property it would generate in the region of £795 per month, so still over 5%.
