I hope everyone is looking forward to what 2021 can bring, and for the first blog of the year I have this No Chain, 2-bedroom semi-detached house which was reduced on the 5th of January to £170,000.
The house itself looks to need a small amount of updating internally, but would be a great buy-to-let with the expected rental being in the region of £750 per calendar month, a return of just over 5%.
Houses of this size and location tend to rent quickly, and with it being No Chain there is still a chance of being able to get this through before the 1st of April to avoid the stamp duty increase.
