Since the start of December here in the Marple Branch we have seen four large, family houses, come to the rental market. To say they were snapped up would be the understatement of the year so far.

The purpose of the video below is to maybe show that there are other options for a buy-to-let landlord instead of what you would expect in terms of maybe a 2 up 2 down terraced house, or even something slightly larger.

The demographic of Marple, the abundance of green areas and great schools means that there are always families looking to move into the area, but maybe not to commit to a purchase, so renting is their next best option.

All of the homes in the video below were taken in less than a week, and in fact one went in excess of the asking price, which is not common in the rental market.
